NO REFUND / NO RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Thompson Hollow Apothecary. All of our products are handmade in small batches, and due to the personal-care nature of our items, all sales are final.
1. No Returns
For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on any item, including but not limited to:
Skincare products
Bath and body products
Herbal teas
Apothecary items
Candles and wax products
Custom or made-to-order items
Once a product leaves our possession, it cannot be resold or restocked.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or store credits for any reason other than a verified order error on our part.
We cannot refund due to:
Personal dislike of scent
Allergic reactions or sensitivities
Texture, color, or natural variation
Customer ordering the wrong item
Damage caused by incorrect use or storage
Minor cosmetic imperfections (normal with handmade products)
3. Order Issues or Damages
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Photos of damaged packaging and items
We will assist you with a replacement if the issue is verified. Shipping carriers may require photos for claims.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
For lost packages, please contact your local post office.
