Thompson Hollow Apothecary is a small, family-run Apothecary based in beautiful Vermont, where we live a simple, wholesome life close to nature. Our passion is crafting wildcrafted, all-natural, and organic herbal products that help families feel their best, naturally.
Founded by Gianna, a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, our apothecary offers a thoughtful variety of handcrafted teas, salves, tinctures, skincare products, and wellness remedies. All made with pure ingredients you can feel good about using. Each blend is carefully crafted, guided by herbal wisdom and a passion for simple, effective healing.
We've also added a cozy touch to our collection with hand-poured wax melts and Simmer Pot Kits, all made with premium, non-toxic ingredients to fill your home with warmth, comfort, and peace. Our seasonal scents were thoughtfully chosen to fill your home and clear your mind.

We’re at the Ludlow Farmers Market every Sunday from 9:00–1:00 in Spot 5. You’ll find us right in front of the town hall building, near the beginning of the market on the right-hand side.
This is a weekly spot for us, and we’ll continue to update it as we add new events throughout the season.

Owner, crafter, wife, and mom of 2 amazing kids. I have a love for gardening, antiques, cooking, and design. I've always believed that little details matter. From what we bring into our homes to what we put on our skin. I'm that person who always reads the labels. I've started this business not only to show my children that you can do anything you put your mind to, but to take away all the hard work for people like you!

What a wonderful experience!
When I was invited to set up at Valley Regional Hospital in Claremont, New Hampshire, I honestly didn't know what to expect. I walked in intrigued, and i'll admit, a tiny bit nervous. I've never been the only vendor! But let me tell you, I left feeling so genuinely happy. Not only did I get to spend quality time with my daughter, but I met so many kind, hardworking, funny, and wonderful people throughout the day. I loved hearing people's enthusiasm about natural wellness and curiosity of plant medicine.
A special thank you to everyone who was patient with my daughter, Lillian, while she worked as my cashier today. She's really getting the hang of it, and I think a few of you witnessed that she's actually much better at it than I am! She loved meeting everyone, and your kindness and encouragement meant so much to both of us.
I'm hoping to visit again and be back this fall with our full collection, including plenty of tallow (I promise!), all of our upcoming seasonal products/scents, winter wellness essentials, and maybe a chance to get a head start on your Christmas shopping.
