Organic elderberry syrup has been used for centuries in traditional herbal practices, especially during the colder months, as a trusted wellness tonic. Made from the dark berries of the elder tree (Sambucus nigra), it is naturally rich in antioxidants and has long been valued for supporting immune and respiratory health through seasonal changes. Often prepared with honey and warming spices, elderberry syrup remains a beloved staple in home apothecaries today, offering gentle, plant-based support as part of a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
